Great content begins with collaboration. Before strategy or content creation begins, clients are responsible for providing timely access, information, approvals and brand materials.

- Access through Meta Business Suite whenever possible
- Raw photos and video footage when on-location production is not included

Delayed access, missing assets or late approvals may affect the content schedule and publishing timeline.

Share your business goals, target audience, offers, brand assets, competitors, existing content, upcoming promotions and current social media challenges.

Grant Secure Access
Account access will be granted through Meta Business Suite whenever possible. If a direct login is temporarily required, create a temporary password and change it after setup is complete. Two-factor authentication codes may also be required during onboarding.
Never send a permanent account password through a standard email or contact form.

Audit or Account Setup
Existing accounts are reviewed for branding, discoverability, content performance and conversion opportunities. New accounts are configured and optimized from the ground up.

Strategy & Content Creation
BrandingbyEl develops your package-specific strategy, messaging, content direction and launch or monthly content. Management clients will also receive a structured monthly content calendar.

Review & Approval
You'll review recommendations, strategy and content through an organized approval process. Package-specific revision limits apply, and content will not be published without approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website maintenance is available for supported platforms and begins with a website review. Websites not originally designed by BrandingbyEl require a one-time onboarding and website audit starting at $275 CAD.
Please note
Monthly hours do not roll over. New website builds, full page redesigns, custom development, advanced technical SEO, paid plugins, hosting, domain renewals, large e-commerce updates, and urgent same-day requests are quoted separately.
